WALL FIXING BLIND
if your window/frame
is UPVC, or obstructions would interfere with the operation of the blind, (i.e. window handles), fit your blind to the wall above the window centred above the window recess. You may want to fix a baton first to the wall on which to fix your brackets. |

|
FRAME FIXING &
CEILING FIXING BLIND
Measure width of the opening where you intend to hang your blind. Remember not to be ‘too tight’ to the walls each side, to enable your blind to operate freely. Measure the opening prior to purchase to ensure a correct fit. |

Adjusting the length of your Blind |
|
TO SHORTEN THE BLIND
First determine what length you would like the blind to be, you may have to hang the blind first to be accurate with the depth. Prise off the 2 button plugs on the bottom of the blind.
Draw out enough cord from the plug eyelets, making sure both sides are the same length , knot the ends close to the button plug, (be sure to test the result thoroughly, before removing any unwanted cord). Once you are happy with the length cut off the excess cord, and replace the button plugs. |

Fitting the Blind Stay |
|
BLIND STAY
Blind stays (can be fitted as an optional
feature) The Blind stays can be used to hold the blind bottom edge firm to the sill to prevent the blind from moving or swaying in a breeze from the open window. The bottom bar of the main blind has a small hole in each end. The stays have a protruding nipple which ‘clicks’ into the holes at the end of the blind bottom bar, holding it firm.
Position the blind stays on the sill, and screw them into place first, before ‘clicking’ them into the holes on the bottom bar of the blind. |
